Mark began his career as a real-time embedded engineer and has over 40 years of experience in systems and software engineering. Hehas spent a majority of his career in leadership roles driving critical technical solutions.

Born in NY and raised in the suburbs of NYC, Mark received his BS in Mathematics and Masters in Computer Engineering, both from Manhattan College in The Bronx.

Mark has worked with early stage startups and Fortune 500 companies, and has led transformations involving organizational design, and engineering process overhauls. He has led and guided Agile transformations and has been working in Agile frameworks, including SAFe, for over two decades.

Over the years Mark has established an expertise in the Atlassian suite of tools, setting up, configuring and integrating complete ALM solutions.
